Tracking Numbers update FAQ

Your existing numbers keep their current service. The new account area gives you a clearer place to manage routing, activity, recordings, transcripts and alerts.

Do I need to do anything?

No immediate action is required for your existing numbers to keep working. Sign in when convenient to review your numbers, forwarding destinations, alerts and any enabled recording or transcription settings.

Will my tracking numbers keep working?

Yes. Existing numbers and forwarding arrangements continue unless you change them in the account area or ask us to make a change.

Are call recording and AI transcription enabled automatically?

No. Recording and AI transcription are available where your account and number settings support them. They are not switched on silently, and recording controls include caller announcement settings.

Where do I find recordings, voicemails and transcripts?

After signing in, use the account area to review number activity, voicemails, recordings and transcripts where those features are enabled for your numbers.

What alerts can I receive?

You can use account email and browser push alerts for events such as missed calls, new voicemails, completed transcriptions, low balance and forwarding problems.

Can I still add new memorable numbers?

Yes. You can browse available 0800, 0330 and local 01/02 numbers, then add selected numbers to your account and route them to your preferred destination.
